Refund policy

SECTION 1 - RETURNS

We do not accept returns on any products.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before it is shipped. Orders must be cancelled via email or phone. (DO NOT REPLY TO SMS) There will be a 10% restocking fee for cancelled orders.
If the order has been shipped and the customer wants to cancel, or refuses the package, the entire shipping fee will be paid by the customer. There will be a 10% restocking fee added as well.

SECTION 2 - LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

We are not responsible nor will be held liable for any product damages as a result of shipping or mishandling. This includes but is not limited to; melted, opened, punctured, scuffed, marked, or destroyed product.

SECTION 3 - REFUNDS

We do not issue refunds on any products. All nutritional information and ingredients have been provided by our suppliers, pro amino international (proti diet) 
Ideal Wellness Clinic has not changed or altered any of the nutrition labels.

SECTION 4 - ACCEPTANCE

By confirming your order / purchase you adhere to and accept the conditions listed in the above refund / return policy.
